Who we are
PROVA is a newsletter published at prova.media. We cover one exotic car per issue, twice weekly. This policy explains what data we collect when you subscribe, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
When you subscribe to PROVA, we collect your email address. That is the only personal information we collect. We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data. We also collect basic analytics on email opens and clicks — this helps us understand which issues resonate with readers.
How we use your data
We use your email address exclusively to send you the PROVA newsletter. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the issues you subscribed to. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with any third party.
Third-party services
PROVA uses Resend to deliver emails and Supabase to store subscriber data. Both services maintain their own privacy policies and security standards. Your email address is stored securely and is not accessible to the public.
Cookies
PROVA sets a single functional cookie (prova_subscriber) when you subscribe. This cookie allows you to read issues without re-entering your email on each visit. It expires after one year. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from PROVA at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any issue. Upon unsubscribing, your email address is removed from our active subscriber list. You may also request complete deletion of your data by emailing hello@provamag.com — we will process all deletion requests within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active list. You may request full deletion at any time as described above.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify subscribers via email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
